Los interruptores de límite a prueba de agua de la serie LX-D4C son adecuados para su uso en circuitos con CA de 50 Hz o 60 Hz en voltajes de hasta 250 V y voltajes de CC de hasta 220 V. Se utilizan para control, límite, posicionamiento, desplazamiento, conmutación de señales o programas.

Esta serie de interruptores de límite presenta excelentes propiedades a prueba de polvo, agua y aceite, con un tamaño compacto, acción sensible y alta precisión.

Q1. What does a 0.2mm differential travel mean for stop-position accuracy?
Differential travel is the distance between the operate and release points. The LX-D4C’s maximum is 0.2mm, with maximum pretravel of 1.8mm, so the switching point repeats closely. This suits positioning stops, end-of-travel signals and program switching on automated lines. Send the required tolerance and we will check it against the datasheet.

Q2. How should the mounting height be set for the 34.3±1mm operating position?
Set the actuating dog or cam so the plunger reaches the 34.3±1mm operating position, and leave at least 3mm of overtravel beyond it. Do not let the moving part bottom out on the switch body. Send the stroke drawing and we will verify the mounting height and choose among the six models (1220, 1231, 1232, 1233, 1250, 1269).

Q3. Is IP67 sufficient for washdown, coolant or oil, and what are the temperature limits?
IP67 covers dust-tight and temporary immersion, and the series is also oil-resistant. It is not a rating for high-pressure, high-temperature washdown jets, so specify that separately if it applies. Operating range is -10℃ to +70℃ with no freezing, so it is not for cold storage. Contact us with the washdown conditions.

Q4. Will the LX-D4C withstand vibration and repeated impact on moving machinery?
Vibration resistance is 10Hz to 55Hz at 1.5mm double amplitude. Mechanical shock endurance is 500 m/s² and misoperation endurance is 200 m/s². Mechanical operating frequency is up to 120 times per minute, and electrical up to 20. For very high cycle rates, tell us the duty cycle.

Q5. Is a pilot batch possible for design validation before volume production?
Yes. The MOQ is 24 pcs, so pilot volumes are possible. Send the target application, models and expected monthly volume after validation. We will quote the pilot and the follow-on production quantity together, so pricing is clear before commitment.
