The laboratory obtained UL witnessed laboratory qualification in 2013, was accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) in 2020, and obtained TUV witnessed laboratory qualification in 2021. After more than ten years of construction, the laboratory has developed into a laboratory with complete functions, complete facilities, advanced equipment and good quality.

Smart Core, Rebuilding Productivity

Digital Workshop

Xinling’s digital workshop project began in 2016.

It integrates automated production, EMS process control, and ERP system integration.

Through the seamless connection between equipment, systems, and data, Xinling has realized full-process visualization and traceability. Production efficiency and quality consistency have significantly improved, while downtime and manual errors are greatly reduced. The workshop supports flexible manufacturing and real-time decision-making, laying a solid foundation for intelligent and lean production.

Automatic Production Line

In order to realize intelligent production, the company invested more than 40 million yuan to transform on-site equipment, improve and upgrade key workstation equipment, increase investment and transform more than 100 pieces of equipment, and establish an intelligent manufacturing cloud platform through cooperation with Litai Company.

“Machine Replacement” technological transformation

As a “Wenzhou City Machine Replacement Demonstration Enterprise”, the company has continued to carry out “machine replacement” technical transformation in recent years. It now has a total of 25 automated production lines, the automation rate of major production processes has reached more than 90%, and the product defect rate has been reduced by 20%.

Visual Management

The Industrial Internet of Things needs to carry various controls and information flows for intelligent manufacturing in factories and workshops, and has the ability to provide visualization at the production line and equipment levels.

The company collects and acquires various real-time operating data of the workshop through terminals, collectors, PLCs and other methods, stores it in the cloud, and displays it through visualization devices.
