Q1. How to choose among the ten LX-ME/8000 configurations?
The models are 8104, 8107, 8111, 8112, 8122, 8166, 8168, 8169, 8180 and 9101. They differ in actuator and head style. Give us the direction of actuation, whether the mechanism moves one way or both, and the mounting position. With a drawing or photo, we will match the model.

Q2. The cover is flame-retardant. Which grade applies, and is a test report available?
The product page states a flame-retardant cover material but not the grade. If a customer or project requires a specific flame rating, ask us for the grade and supporting documents before ordering, so approvals are not delayed.

Q3. How should the cam be designed around 20° pretravel, 12° differential travel and 50° overtravel?
This series is specified in degrees. Design the lever swing to pass the operating point (pretravel up to 20°), allow for the release hysteresis (up to 12°), and keep the end stop within the 50° minimum overtravel. Operating force is up to 7.4N. Send the cam profile and we will review it.

Q4. Is the LX-ME/8000 suitable for high-frequency or inductive circuits?
The page lists AC up to 380V and DC up to 250V, and mechanical frequency up to 120 operations per minute (30 electrical). For inductive loads such as contactor coils and solenoids, add RC or diode suppression to protect the contacts. Request the contact rating table from the datasheet and tell us the load.

Q5. Can mixed models be combined to meet the 1,200-pc MOQ?
The MOQ is 1,200 pcs for the series. If demand is split across several models, send the split and annual volume. We will confirm whether it can be arranged as a mixed order or as scheduled deliveries.
