Solid-State Relay HHG63 Series

MOQ : 300

Product Overview

The HHG series solid state relays adopt internationally popular circuits and technologies. Their input modes include linear control, constant current control, and AC control, with LED indicators to show the working status. They feature triac output or anti-parallel SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) output, with zero-voltage turn-on and zero-current turn-off. Opto-isolation is provided between the input and output circuits, and a built-in snubber circuit is integrated for protection.

These relays are widely applied in industrial automation control equipment, power plants, and electromechanical protection systems of substations.

This series complies with the GB/T 14048.5 standard, and the products have obtained CCC self-declaration and US UL certification.

FAQs

Q1. Which HHG63 models carry UL, and are certificates available?
The page states compliance with GB/T 14048.5, CCC self-declaration, and US UL certification for the series. For export or project documentation, ask us for the certificate and the models it covers, and confirm the version the target market requires before ordering.

Q2. Can the HHG63 be used for phase-angle power control?
No. It has zero-voltage turn-on and zero-current turn-off, which reduces switching noise but gives on/off control, not phase-angle control. For smooth power regulation, a solid-state voltage or power regulator is needed instead. Tell us the control goal and we will point you to the right product.

Q3. Is the built-in snubber enough for inductive loads?
The snubber circuit protects against voltage spikes, but small motors, solenoids and transformers still need checking, because their inrush is far above the steady current. Choose a margin over the 1–5A rating and consider extra suppression. Send the load and we will advise.

Q4. What can the 10A DC model be used for?
HHG63-0/032F-06 10A is a DC-output SSR that switches 5–60VDC at 10A, with 5–32VDC control at 8–15mA and an aluminum housing. It suits DC power switching in automation and control equipment. Send the DC voltage and load current and we will confirm.

Q5. What documents are available for substation and power plant projects?
The page lists use in industrial automation, power plants and substation electromechanical protection systems. Tell us the project’s document requirements, such as certificates, drawings or test data. The MOQ is 300 pcs, and we will confirm what can be provided with the quotation.
