FAQs

Q1. Are you a manufacturer of LX19 limit switches, and who do you supply?
Xinling Electrical (C-LIN) is a manufacturer of industrial electrical components with over 34 years of industry experience and is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (301388.SZ). We supply machine builders, panel builders, system integrators and distributors. Contact us for company profile and certificates.

Q2. What are the key specifications engineers should check on the LX19?
The LX19 is rated for AC 380V and DC 220V control circuits, with a 5A thermal current and rated control current of AC 0.8A / DC 0.1A. Maximum operating force is 20N, operating travel is up to 40°, and minimum overtravel is 15°. Protection class is IP52, and it complies with IEC 60947-5-1. Contacts are silver, and the switch has polarity protection.

Q3. Is the LX19 suitable for my machine, or do I need a higher IP rating?
LX19 fits dry, indoor cabinet and machine-tool applications (-5℃ to 40℃, ≤90% RH). If your equipment sees coolant, oil or washdown, specify our LX-ME/8000 (IP65) or LX-D4C (IP67) series instead. Send your operating environment and we will recommend the right series.

Q4. What is the MOQ, and what should I send to get a quotation?
The MOQ is 240 pcs. For a fast, accurate quote, send:

  • model(s) and quantity per model,
  • annual demand,
  • target price or application,
  • destination country.

Lead time is confirmed in the quotation based on model and quantity.

Q5. Can you provide datasheets, drawings and customized versions for OEM projects?
The LX19 datasheet can be downloaded from this page, and we can supply dimensional drawings on request. For OEM needs such as different actuator configurations or labeling, send your requirement and we will confirm feasibility, MOQ and lead time before you commit.
