Solid-State Relay HHG62 Series

MOQ : 300

FAQs

Q1. What is the RX78624 socket, and is it required?
The page lists RX78624 as the adapter socket for this series. It supports dual in-line plug-in and DIN-rail installation. For rail mounting, send the layout and we will confirm the socket and quantity.

Q2. When should the HHG63 be chosen instead of the HHG62?
HHG62 covers 1–4A in a 29×12.6×28mm body. If 5A (aluminum shell), the 10A DC model, or the UL and CCC certification listed on the HHG63 page is needed, use the HHG63. Send the load current and certification requirements.

Q3. Can a 3.3V microcontroller GPIO drive the HHG62?
The control range is 3–32VDC at 5–25mA. A 3.3V GPIO sits at the low end of the voltage range and most pins cannot supply that current. Use a transistor or driver stage. Send the control circuit and we can check the drive design.

Q4. Which HHG62 models should distributors stock first?
The series has -22 (24–240VAC), -38 (24–440VAC) and -20 (12–200VDC) output versions, in ratings from 1A to 4A. Send the target market and customer types, and we will suggest a starting stock mix. The MOQ is 300 pcs.

Q5. How hot does a 4A relay get, and how should units be spaced?
At 4A the on-state drop produces roughly 5–6W per relay. Install beside a ventilated heat-dissipation window, leave gaps between units and stay within -30℃ to 80℃. Send the panel layout and duty cycle and we will advise on spacing and derating.
